Note:

1-A housing deposit of 800 RMB shall be paid upon check-in. The deposit will be refunded upon check-out if no irregularities are found in the room inspection.

2-The Accommodation Commitment for International Student Dormitories shall be signed at check-in or accommodation renewal.

3-Water and heating are complimentary. Electricity consumption exceeding the free quota shall be borne by residents at 0.7 RMB per kWh.

Free electricity quota: 70 kWh /month/bed.

4-Internet access in the room shall be applied and paid for by residents.

5-Accommodation fees can be settled by cash or WeChat. If checking out within the payment period, accommodation fees are non-refundable except for cases of withdrawal from the university.

6-Students can apply single room.
