How to recognise a request that is not from us
We never ask you to pay a person, to pay through WeChat, WhatsApp or a phone call, or to send your password or a code. The only payment instructions are the ones shown in your JodaEdu account. If anybody asks otherwise in our name, do not pay — tell us.
