From search to arrival
How it works 申请流程
Applying to a Chinese university through JodaEdu takes six steps. You can stop after any of them and pick up where you left off — drafts are kept in your account.
Find a programme
In short: Search, filter, compare and save programmes — no account needed.
Browse the catalogue by level, subject, city, language and budget, or answer a few questions in the matching tool and see which programmes fit you and why. You can compare up to four programmes side by side. Every programme page shows the tuition after the scholarship, the fees, the deadline and the documents the university will ask for.
Create your account
In short: An email address and a password. Your profile is filled in as you go.
Confirm your email address from the link we send you. Your profile — name, nationality, education, languages — is asked for when an application needs it, and is reused for every application after the first.
Apply
In short: Answer the programme's questions, attach your documents, check and send.
- About you: your profile, pre-filled.
- The programme's questions: your study plan, your intended start, your history with China.
- Documents: attach them from your document vault. A passport uploaded once is reused for every application.
- Review and send: every missing item is listed at once, and the price shown is the one recorded on your application.
Pay the fees
In short: Pay only what your account shows, to the account it shows, and upload your receipt.
Your application lists each fee, who it is for, when it is due and whether it can be refunded. You confirm you have read that before you pay. Pay by the method shown, quote your payment reference, then upload the receipt. Your account shows the payment as received once we have verified it.
Follow your application
In short: Every change appears in your account, and we email you about it.
Your application's timeline shows each step with its date. If the university asks for another document, the request appears on your application and you answer it there. Messages, notices and answers to your questions are all in your account.
Receive your documents
In short: We post your original admission letter and JW202 form to the address you choose.
A student visa needs the original admission letter and JW202 form. When the university issues them, we send them to the address you choose in your account, and show the tracking number there so you can follow the parcel.
